  • McDowell County Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) Representative (1 seat)*
  • Alternate Member (1 seat)

The following seats will become vacant on January 31, 2010:

  • Regular Member (4 seats)

 

Planning and Zoning Commission

The following seats are currently vacant:

  • McDowell County Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) Representative (1 seat)*
  • Alternate Member (1 seat)

The following seats will become vacant on January 31, 2010:

  • Regular Member (2 seats)
  • Alternate Member (1 seat)

*Note:  ETJ representatives are normally appointed by their respective County Board of Commissioners, unless 90 days have passed since the date of the term expiration.  Those interested in serving in this capacity must be residents of the County they wish to represent.
