Town Services Office The Town Services Office houses all staff departments. The Office is located just outside the Montreat Gate at 96 Rainbow Terrace, next door to the Mountain Retreat Association's Maintenance Shop. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. |
