Approved an Easement Agreement between the Town of Montreat and Vivian Griffin Cooley for the installation of a private sewer line
Supported the appointment of an Institutional Parking Study Committee whose duties/goals and membership will be finalized at the December Town Council Meeting
Agreed to proceed with acceptance of a real property donation from Jane Holt
