The following color coding is used within the text of the revision draft(s) to indicate the changes proposed:

Black text:  Existing ordinance text suggested to remain unchanged

Red, strike-through text:  Existing text suggested for deletion

Blue, underlined text:  New text suggested for insertion.

Yellow highlighted blue text:  Text suggested for addition by Town staff or the Town Attorney which differs from the Planning and Zoning Commission's original recommendation.  Used primarily for Zoning Ordinance revisions.
