Town Clerk
The Town Clerk is appointed by the Board of Commissioners and is responsible for the maintenance and safekeeping of all official public records. The Clerk attends all meetings of the Board of Commissioners, Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment, assists in agenda preparation and writes the minutes of those meetings. She is responsible for preparing and processing all proclamations, resolutions, ordinances and other official documents, as well as advertisement of all public hearings and vacancies on the various Town-appointed boards and commissions. The Clerk also maintains the Town’s website, handles public inquiries and provides information on Town services.
